Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) is an independent Catholic university located in San Antonio, Texas. Established in 1895, the university provides an education based on the values and beliefs of Catherine of Siena, a 14th Century Italian Catholic scholar and lay woman. With over 5,000 students, the university offers more than 50 undergraduate, graduate, and online degree programs. Students enrolled in one of their programs at OLLU experience a faith-based curriculum that focuses on both the physical and spiritual journey of self-discovery and growth. They have experienced faculty, advisors and counselors that are committed to helping each student reach their fullest potential. In addition to the traditional learning opportunities, the university also offers an array of intramural activities. All students are invited to join the on-campus community for social and recreational programs that promote a well-rounded educational experience.
