Lawrence University

Lawrence University is a private liberal arts college located in Appleton, Wisconsin. It was founded in 1847 by Amos Adams Lawrence. The university’s 2,500 students are from around the world and come from diverse cultures, backgrounds and perspectives. Lawrence offers more than 50 majors, minors and interdisciplinary studies in the humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, and fine and performing arts. The university’s small classes, dedicated faculty and personal attention provide an individualized experience that is both rigorous and intimate at the same time.
