Robert Morris University

Robert Morris University is a private, four-year institution of higher learning located in Moon Township, Pennsylvania, just outside of Pittsburgh. Founded in 1921 as the Pittsburgh School of Accountancy and Business Administration, Robert Morris University is named in honor of Robert Morris, a signer of the Declaration of Independence and financier of the American Revolution. The university offers 45 undergraduate degrees and numerous graduate degrees, and emphasizes business, education, nursing and health sciences, information technology, and international studies. Along with academics, RMU boasts a variety of Division I sports teams, student organizations, and a unique honor code system. RMU provides a quality education at an affordable price, and its commitment to ethical behavior, civic engagement and service learning is evident throughout the university.
