Oklahoma Panhandle State University (OPSU) is a public institution located in Goodwell, Oklahoma. Founded in 1909 as Panhandle A&M College, the school is the oldest four-year college in Oklahoma. The university offers over 40 different undergraduate and graduate degree programs from its four academic divisions.
