Philander Smith College

Philander Smith College is a private, historically Black college affiliated with the United Methodist Church. Founded in 1877, the college is one of the oldest historically Black colleges in the United States. The school is located on the outskirts of Little Rock, Arkansas and enrolls more than 700 students. Philander Smith offers a variety of degree programs in areas such as sciences, humanities, and business.
