Franklin College is a private liberal arts college located in Franklin, Indiana. It was founded in 1834 and is affiliated with the American Baptist Churches USA. The college offers more than 50 different majors and over 35 minors in arts, sciences, pre-professional areas and business. Franklin College was also an early innovator in terms of athletics, offering the first collegiate football program outside of prep schools in the state.
