Anderson University is a private Christian university located in Anderson, South Carolina. It was founded in 1911 as Anderson College, and offers both undergraduate and graduate degree programs. The university is affiliated with the South Carolina Baptist Convention and subscribes to the doctrine of the Christian faith. Anderson University offers a wide variety of undergraduate, graduate and non-degree programs in more than 70 academic areas, and offers a number of enriching opportunities through campus life, service learning, and athletics.
