Young Harris College is a private, four-year liberal arts college in the mountains of north Georgia. The college is committed to a mission of providing a transformative educational experience and enriching the lives of its diverse student body through small, personalized classes, faculty mentoring and meaningful campus life. It offers bachelor’s degrees in 42 academic majors, and associate and master’s degree programs. Boasting an extensive athletics program, Young Harris has fielded the nation’s highest winning percentage in NCAA Division II men’s basketball since joining the conference in 1998. On campus students can join a number of Greek and student organizations, or take part in a variety of activities and events. The College is home to over 1,600 residential students, as well as nearly 600 commuter students.
