Dartmouth College is a private Ivy League research university located in Hanover, New Hampshire. Founded in 1769, it is the nation’s ninth-oldest college and is one of the eight original Colonial Colleges established before the American Revolution. With an undergraduate enrollment of around 4,400 students and a total enrollment of 6,500 students, Dartmouth is one of the smallest universities in the Ivy League.
